Information We Collect
Programs 4 All Kids may collect parent or guardian names, child participant information, email addresses, mobile telephone numbers, emergency contacts, registration details, program selections, attendance-related information, and payment status information needed to operate our programs.
Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Programs 4 All Kids.
How We Use Information
We use registration and contact information to provide programs, communicate with parents and guardians, coordinate coaches and schedules, process registrations, support parent and coach portals, and send important program-related updates.
SMS Communications and Mobile Information
When a parent or guardian provides a mobile telephone number, we collect the mobile number, the related parent or guardian account and registration information, SMS opt-in status, the exact consent disclosure version accepted, opt-in source, opt-in time, IP address, and browser user agent for compliance recordkeeping.
SMS messages are sent only to users who affirmatively opt in by selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox during registration or by another approved affirmative consent process.
Programs 4 All Kids SMS messages are informational and program-related. Message types may include registration confirmations, schedules, practices, weather cancellations, location changes, payment reminders, coach communications, emergency notifications, and other program-related updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Mobile information, including telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate registrations, communications, payment processing, hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and related program services. These providers are not permitted to use mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Opt Out and Help
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in where permitted.

Refund Policy
Refunds, credits, rain-outs and cancellations for Programs 4 All Kids programs.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS.
For all other programs, refunds available up to 48 hours prior to the start of the program. Our programs have costs associated with them prior to the start for equipment, administration and coaching. For these reasons, cancellations will have a $25 administration fee reduced from the refund.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS within the 48 hour period prior to the start of the program, instead you will receive a full credit towards a future program and only pay the price difference between the 2 programs.
In the event you register within 48 hours of the program starting, there will absolutely be NO REFUND, but you will receive credit for a future program.
In the case of a rain-out, there will be NO REFUND. We will do our best to reschedule the rained-out class. They are usually rescheduled for the week following the last day of the program.
In the case of a cancellation by the coach or other unforeseen cancellation, there will be NO REFUND. We will do our best to reschedule the class and it usually will be rescheduled for the week following the last day of the program.
